WOOL CARE GUIDE

01 — WASH LESS

Wool naturally resists odors and does not need frequent washing.

Whenever possible, simply air your shawl after wearing it and allow it to rest between uses.

02 — HAND WASH

When washing is needed, gently hand wash in cold water using a mild wool detergent.

Do not soak for a long time.
Avoid rubbing, twisting or wringing the fabric.

03 — RINSE GENTLY

Rinse thoroughly with cool water until the water runs clear.

Do not wring the shawl.
Instead, gently press out excess water.

04 — DRY FLAT

Lay the shawl flat on a clean, dry towel and gently reshape it while damp.

Allow it to air dry naturally away from direct sunlight or heat.

Do not tumble dry.

05 — AVOID HIGH HEAT

Keep your wool shawl away from high heat.

Avoid tumble dryers, radiators, heaters and hot irons, as excessive heat may cause wool fibers to shrink or lose their shape.

06 — PILLING

Some pilling may naturally occur with wool, especially when a shawl is new or experiences friction from clothing and bags.

This is a natural characteristic of wool fibers and does not necessarily indicate a quality issue.

If small pills appear, gently remove them with a wool comb or fabric shaver. Avoid pulling them by hand.

07 —STORAGE

When storing your shawl for an extended period, make sure it is clean and completely dry.

Fold it loosely and store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Avoid hanging heavy wool shawls for long periods, as this may cause them to stretch or lose their shape.
